4th of July

Hi!
Hope you all are doing well. We've finally joined the blog world. This should be an easy way for our friends and family to keep up with us. We had a great 4th of July here in Chicago. The weather was a little cool, but it actually helped keep the bugs away on the night of the fire works. We took Zack to Millennium Park for the City of Chicago fireworks. We had to get there pretty early (6pm). Zack was a trooper. He made it until 11pm and loved the "ka-booms." Matt's family was in for the weekend for his 30th birthday. It was a very fun weekend.

Hard to believe Zack is almost two! He is talking a ton and loves to repeat any new words. We have been going to the pool almost everyday. He loves to swim around and "share" other kid's toys. No matter what I bring to the pool the other kids have something better. It is pretty fun to watch all the kids interact. We continue to have playgroup on Tuesday mornings. This is the same group of kiddos from when Zack was 3 months old.

Check back to this blog soon. I'll try to update it each week with stories about Zack and new pictures.
